"Seaside Energy Research Group"

The professors and researchers of Noshirvani University of Technology, Babol, fully focusing on the countless values of the sea and industries related to marine technologies, and considering the special conditions of the Mazandaran Sea, which is located near the university and the region, set up a hydrodynamics, acoustics and research laboratory. They pushed the sea forward so that they could take advantage of the facilities of this sea for the industrial and scientific advancement of our province and our dear country, considering the potential of this great divine blessing.
This group conducts research activities in the fields of renewable energies, high-speed vessels, hydrodynamic propulsion, internal combustion engines and water transfer systems.

Daryapayeh Energy Research Group has been operating since 2014 and the following can be mentioned among the honors of this group:
- Obtaining the first place in the country for the design and construction of the Chekab remote control submarine in the competition of Malik Ashtar University of Isfahan
- Winning the first place in the country for the design and construction of the smart speedboat Orange in the competition of Sharif University of Technology
- Obtaining the first place in the country in the field of Parachute system by designing and building the unmanned aircraft of Pardad in Sharif University of Technology competitions

Currently, more than 20 students and 10 colleagues are engaged in research activities in the offshore energy research group of Noshirvani University of Technology, Babol.

"Biological Fuel Cell Research Group"

Biofuels and Renewable Energy Research Center started its activity in 2012 as a research laboratory.
The main activity of the center is in the field of biological fuel cells as well as making biosensors.
This laboratory became a research center in 2014 after obtaining brilliant records.

"Polymer Fuel Cell Research Group"

The fuel cell technology research group started its work in 2015 and in this regard, it has taken fundamental steps in relation to the new technology of energy conversion and has enjoyed significant progress.
This research group has a close cooperation with the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association and other academic research centers of the country.
Currently, more than 20 doctoral students and 75 master's students are engaged in research activities in the fuel cell research group of Noshirvani University of Technology, Babol.
